I was fortunate enough to be able to tour the material handling & separating facility. Fascinating. Most is mechanical. Glass breaks and falls through. Plastic water bottles bounce around and are identified for content then a puff of air blows it upwards into a separate bin (at lightening fast speed - check out my slo mo video). This service is the only thing worse than a scam. Want someone to answer your 100 phone calls to set up pickup? Too bad, no one works the phones. Want to request new bins via the website URL? Too bad, link is broken, probably never worked anyway. Want helpful and caring staff? Too bad again, they will break your bins and not replace them. Do you ever wonder how some horrendous businesses never go out of business? It’s simple, they survive solely on our tax dollars and city contracts
We have been attempting to cancel our services for 2 months and as of today when we called they still said it is not canceled correctly in the system! Customer service has been poor via phone and email. We have also paid to have our bins picked up and this is the 2nd week that they will not be picking them up. It is very frustrating to say the least. Do not recommend.
Absolute Trash. Staff is garbage. Management is Garbage. They missed my pickup. I called for 2 days non-stop, constantly getting put on hold and being transferred to phones that just went to voicemail. After countless calls/voicemails a manager finally calls me. She promised that my trash would be picked up the next day. They Never came. More calls. More voicemails. Went the entire week without picking up my trash. Horrible! World’s worst company to deal with. They think nobody works and can have you hanging on the phone for hours. Today no garbage was picked up again. The recycling was picked up along with the leafy bags but no garbage pick up. This is for the complete two blocks. I also had the garbage man follow me deliberately as I was getting out of my driveway. He sped up, missing many houses. I almost got into an accident trying to get away from him.
