He buys houses with issues including mold, bandaids them up to flip them and buyers deal with disasters later, happened to us with mold and we paid him to correct it before we closed. He claimed to have a silent partner that did original purchase but it was his name behind the “company” buyer beware. His sales are high but when you flip houses they will be.
