SESSIONS POINTE VILLAS: Moved in to a brand new property--aesthetically very nice! Rent was $2250--pretty steep but like I said, they looked and seemed nice. Unfortunately, there were a TON of issues with HVAC and plumbing. Mold, floors needing replaced, gaping holes in drywall, extremely inefficient HVAC. What's worse is that Lakeshore has been INCREDIBLY slow, unhelpful, and to be frank quite rude in getting the extreme issues resolved. Awful customer service.
