Washing Machines don’t work through the whole building take forever to fix something and when they do it’s the cheap way they don’t really fix anything and they charge so much money
I’ve been a resident at Lakeshore Presidential for 3+ years and Maquel is by far the best property manager we’ve had. He truly engages with tenants, listens patiently to our concerns, and is always present in the community doing walkthroughs instead of sitting behind a desk all day.
