Terrible experience at Lake Shore/Patterson apartments. Management is extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. None of the maintenance issues, including a serious mold problem in the unit, have been properly addressed. When we raised the issue, the manager made an inappropriate comment, telling us to "shower with the door open at all times" — completely unacceptable and offensive. I wouldn't even give them one star. I received the worst service from Lakeshore. The staff, especially the older gentleman, was extremely rude, using accusatory language and an inappropriate tone. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. I am seriously considering taking further action regarding this management's conduct. Do let me know whom I need to contact for taking actions . And please don’t consider lakeshore for the accommodations.
Worst place to live in. Roaches all over the place. Maintenance is crap, they even notify that you are responsible for maintenance and will be charged next time. Unfriendly management & maintenance Frequent management and maintenance changes. At least 3 times a year. Recent changes are worst, most tenants are vacating recently. They are trying to pull off on returning the advance payments saying damages & they don't have info from previous management in case of lease transfers. Do never ever for any reason rent whith them..!! They never fix their apartments and they will make you pay for it..!! I’d rent whith them for almost four years and all their apartments and people leaving from there said the same thing..!! Please don’t do it..!!
