Lakeshore Place has a lot of potential. I moved here September 2026 and am very disappointed with Towne Properties. Luckily, we have a new management as of Sept, Manco. They are diligently addressing the issues of neglect and I'm positive this property will reach its true potential. My view from the fourth floor is amazing, overlooking the lake. Didn't even show up to our tour to see apartment or pick up the phone. Waited 15 minutes past scheduled time and nothing. Resident also told us not to move in because they don't fix anything any they've been in escrow for months over it. Also theres a collapsed house on property that doesnt seem properly secured.
Avoid!!!!! This is the worst apartments i have ever had. People steal your parking spot and it smells very bad inside the hallways. Trash is everywhere.
