I went to Lakeshore Orthodontics for a few years, and in that time not once did I have a bad experience. Everybody there is friendly, welcoming and very professional. Dr. Charnley knows his stuff and his attention to detail and your progression is top notch. (Dr. Beard as well even though I only seen her once or twice) Even though I always knew there was a chance I'd leave there in a little bit of pain or discomfort, I always enjoyed walking in there because the staff is super nice and are there to do one thing, help you! Everyone is very welcoming and kind. My daughter was super anxious and they talked her through every step to relax her. She left with a smile and confidence!!!
All the staff is very friendly. And they make sure to inform well on everything going on during each process
