Urgent care receives one star for the front desk receptionist. David Pencikowski, NP is the worse urgent care provider on earth. He does not want to see patients, he rather play solitaire on his computer all day and do nothing. When I went to see him for my health problems, he never examined me, reviewed my records, or ask me questions pertaining to my chief complaint. I highly recommend this office!! We (me and a minor child) arrived for the appointment early, as requested, and were seen promptly. Reception staff was polite and professional. We were taken back to a room and were seen by the doctor very quickly. He was kind, knowledgeable, and to the point. We spent more time with the doctor than anywhere else, and I think that's how it should be. Checkout was pleasant and quick, and we were able to set up a follow up appointment with ease.
