I can't imagine a company that seems to care less about its residents. Horrible management company! Its overall rating is in the ones (1.5 at this time!) and the company seems to be involved in at least a few lawsuits. Steer clear if at all possible.

I love the home I am renting/ living in but the service from management here at Crosswinds leaves alot to be desired. The current manager does not respond to emails or messages to return calls/visits. They are concerned with painting stripes on the road but a 78 year old heart patient can go without her central air for 9 days with a home temp of 85 + degrees. After hurricanes in St Pete, FL their staff could not be contacted. Homes were wrecked and the management went dark instead of helping. Inhumane.
This company is Useless. Took advantage of a friend of mine in FL. After a hurricane they tried to bully and take advantage of their tenants. They then evicted anyone not willing to bow to their bullying of raised rents and lack of maintenance to their damaged properties.
