This company is Useless. Took advantage of a friend of mine in FL. After a hurricane they tried to bully and take advantage of their tenants. They then evicted anyone not willing to bow to their bullying of raised rents and lack of maintenance to their damaged properties.
Worthless during a disaster Milton 2024 NO CONTACT FOR 2 DAYS. ALL COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD. GO OUT OF BUSINESS
Management continues to raise our rents, yet it’s cheaper than renting an apt. Put a cap on our lot rent!!
I advise you not to contact them. Very rude. They try to get the most out of you at the exit, because they don't really have customers. Terrible company
