Like most of corporate America, this corporation cares nothing of their tenants safety and security. The upper staff lies consistently. Rules apply to some and not all. They seem to spend more money on their corporate staff meetings, make poor community decisions and hire inappropriate staff. All they want is the land rent. Here on Long Island, real estate is ridiculously high. Lakeshore takes better care of their more desirable communities and no others. They raise our rents every April 1st, between 3% & 6%. It's more important for maintenance to paint a rock or curb stone white than it is to fill in and fix all the deep potholes in our roads which are ruining our vehicles! They never pick up any trash thrown on the entranceway in this park, I feel like I'm living in a dumpster in this park. I've been here for over 40 years, but it's still cheaper to live here and pay the monthly lot rent than live in any 1-bedroom apt in the Hamburg, NY area! Most of our lamp posts don't wo... read more

I can't imagine a company that seems to care less about its residents. Horrible management company! Its overall rating is in the ones (1.5 at this time!) and the company seems to be involved in at least a few lawsuits. Steer clear if at all possible.
