History Established in 1968. Opened in 1968 Lakeshore Mall has had a strong presence in the community for over forty years. In 2012 the mall announced plans to redevelop and update the existing structure. Dick's Sporting Goods will open in 2013.

excellent discount theater This is an excellent discount movie theater. The before 6 shows are 99 cents and the after 6 shows are 1.99. but they are still showing movies that are just released and are still fairly new. ( maybe 3 weeks old) great time to take the kids for a discount.
Victoria Secret closed early this year. This isn’t a Mall. It’s a building with a few stores left open. It use to be hopping and now it’s sad. Unfortunately, no one wants to shop there anymore. No food court. Nothing for the kids to do. It’s a Ghost Mall of memories from the 1970’s to the 1990’s. Don’t waste your time. Drive the extra miles and go to Mall of Georgia
all of the stores has closed down. no food court. when they brought in Dicks they ruined the mall. more closed stores than open ones. it's like a ghost town. don't know how they keep the mall open
I went to take my kids to see Santa and there was no one there. we asked someone that work with the mall and had no answer for us if he was on brake or off or really anything. we had to call 4 different areas just to find out he called in sick. we sat that the mall over an hour for nothing. with our schedules today was the only day we could take the kids. now I have a Crushed 3 year old. couldn't went somewhere else if there were some kind of sing saying he wasn't going to be there, but the didn't care. will never go back, f... read more

it's in our home town of Gainesville & we areare enough to have a MALL...
Never been there. Going by negative statements,I won't go near the mall.
