Really really great service!! I can’t say enough about how valuable the information they provided was and that they took the time necessary to go over all the details. I never felt rushed or that there was any kind of time limit. I would highly recommend anyone with Tennant/Landlord issues to seek out an appointment here. Just be ready to park in downtown Pontiac.
Nobody answers the phone or calls you back
I called and there was no answer. They don't take anything seriously unless they know they will win
Called to get the most confusing and irritating automated system just to be hung up on by a childish ass adult all because I was confused about actually talking to a system or a real person. When I call back to see if it was just an error my all my future calls were answered by voicemail. He then made the most unprofessional decision and called me into a call on hold.
