Great store!
10/10 loved this store. The customer service was excellent. Dawn spent a good amount of time walking me through all my options and she explained everything with great detail. I will definitely be back with my daughter for the crafts they offer! Cant believe this store was under my nose this whole time, I thought it was a textbook store .
Lakeshore’s customer service is incredible! My package arrived damaged, so I asked for a partial refund—they immediately gave me a full refund with zero hassle. The products are always high-quality and perfect for learning. I’m a customer for life! Highly recommend.

This East Brunswick store is one of the finest business establishments I have ever found. To my amazement, a human being actually answers the telephone after only a few rings, versus most stores offering a taped message with a variety of rerouting options before someone picks up your call. The sales women at this store are extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous.
