10/10 loved this store. The customer service was excellent. Dawn spent a good amount of time walking me through all my options and she explained everything with great detail. I will definitely be back with my daughter for the crafts they offer! Cant believe this store was under my nose this whole time, I thought it was a textbook store .
Lakeshore’s customer service is incredible! My package arrived damaged, so I asked for a partial refund—they immediately gave me a full refund with zero hassle. The products are always high-quality and perfect for learning. I’m a customer for life! Highly recommend.

This East Brunswick store is one of the finest business establishments I have ever found. To my amazement, a human being actually answers the telephone after only a few rings, versus most stores offering a taped message with a variety of rerouting options before someone picks up your call. The sales women at this store are extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. This location is fantastic! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to assist with everything any anything and they are genuinely happy to help. I had such a wonderful experience on a holiday weekend that I expected to be busy. One associate, Dawn truly made my shopping experience memorable by assisting me with the laminating of my materials.
