Great store!
10/10 loved this store. The customer service was excellent. Dawn spent a good amount of time walking me through all my options and she explained everything with great detail. I will definitely be back with my daughter for the crafts they offer! Cant believe this store was under my nose this whole time, I thought it was a textbook store .
Lakeshore’s customer service is incredible! My package arrived damaged, so I asked for a partial refund—they immediately gave me a full refund with zero hassle. The products are always high-quality and perfect for learning. I’m a customer for life! Highly recommend.
This is my second time at this location and I love it here. Very clean and organized. The employee Evan is amazing. He has an amazing personality and very nice. I felt very welcomed there.
