The park is fine. Good pool, picnic area, clubhouse...etc.. With that said the lake is a private lake with no public access. Therefor it is up to the property owners who have lake access to take care of it. So the lake has minimum care. But those lots that have a view of the lake has to pay extra per month. Also, the rent goes up usually $40 a year and then there's the "passthrough" fees annually. The constant change in management here is incredible.
