We moved here July 2016 and it was advertised as a Gated Community - It is not the gate is open all day long and no one sits in the guard shack. They raised the rent after being here for 5 month and are raising it again. The manager is aggressive and talks people in circles as to never directly answer your questions. They have been through 3 office coordinators, and we are going on our 4th Maintenance Tech - yet Sun Communities that owns this place can not see the problem.
