Some of the people in the office are really not professional, except for Kevin. There is a reason why the deposit is only $250 because there is a high turn over and they have to trap new tenants Into signing overpriced lease. I couldn’t leave this place soon enough. Also make sure to report anything that is not clean when you move in because they will charge you a full $185 cleaning fee when you leave. I returned the place cleaner that I got it and they still charged me.
