If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke! The customer service needs to be reevaluated! Where do I start? I wish I could say something good about my experience here but it’s been a nightmare. Spend your money elsewhere. The service department doesn’t respond, doesn’t deliver and the brand new jeep I bought has had issues since the start. I had to get an attorney involved.
We bought not one but 2 vehicles from this place we live in slidell even know the vehicles where at lakeshore in slidell I called and talked to a sales Oscar and wanted him to have our business after getting said truck used with only 9k mikes and jeep wrangler with only 10k miles they agreed to have truck bumper fixed sent someone out to me the guy said he had to order the parts well as time fly’s by I called and called and called no answers we spend over 100k with this place and still nothing I’ve called to ask questions ab... read more

Service department needs improvement. Called three times to check on my vehicle just to get an update with no call backs. Now my instrument panel is messing up right after I picked it up. I have to bring it back again for the 3rd time.
