Our home is more beautiful than we could have imagined!! We talked to Dave and Josh at Lakeshore for a few years before we actually decided to build. We cannot say enough great things about Lakeshore Homes and Design! Dave, the architect, did an amazing job of taking our design and making it into a beautiful and extremely functional home. He was so great about making changes as we thought of different ways to maximize spaces. He also did a wonderful job of thinking of the little things we did not think of. Our new vacation home was recently completed by Lakeshore Homes and we could not be happier. Dave and Josh Shultz are father/son duo that own Lakeshore, and it was truly a great experience. The communication was excellent, process from design to construction was prompt, issues during construction were extremely minimal and quickly resolved, and the finished house exceeded all of our expectations.
