... This place is terrible... The management has no idea of tenate rights... They are slum lords... Had to With held rent due to the fact that we had no running water in my shower for almost a full month... Besides the fact the water is so bad... All my white clothes are now tinted orange...Called about a Bald face hornets nest in the light right above the front entrance of my building.. It took them a week to have it removed... I would NEVER recommend this place.. Not even to an enemy..

This place is a joke talking about drug haven wow and the tenants there are so trashy every time you turn around somebody is complaining about bedbugs kids running round half dressed and sick while the parents are sleeping with everybody the staff is unbelievable they care less about how McGhee square looks or smells if you ask me I think that place should be tore down its full of hoes and drugs if you move in you better hope you can stay up all night just to watch your car cause people will break into it....
The Meridian has been a great place to live in, as soon as you walk into the leasing office you are welcome with a proper welcoming & good vibes. I've lived there for 3 years & the managers have been very pleasant to me, it is a very good place & environment to live in, everything is walking distance which makes things even better, have had good neighbors.

I've lived here now for a little over a year and I love how quite it is out here. I recently had a plumbing issue in my bath tub. I called Lakeshores 24 hour maitenance line at 9:30 at night. The on-call maitenance was over within in 10 min. They had it fixed and cleaned up by 10:15, and because I was so impressed I wanted to write a review. I really enjoy it here!
i.e., A loThis place is HORRIBLE. I'm being evicted because I refused to pay $450 to replace some cheap laminate flooring. The staff is Rude and unprofessional not to mention they charged me $3000.00 for the deposit. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors all day and night I've lived in much better places and would never refer someone here. so I would say KEEP AWAY!!!!
