Didn't answer phone. Are they still in business?
Posting on behalf of my mother. She called a week ago and made an appointment for Lakeshore to work on her a/c the next day. No one ever showed and they did not return any of the messages she left for them. I’ve tried calling them several times this week but they’re still not answering the phone and the voicemail is full. Had these people out to my home to completely remove old HVAC, furnace and even new ductwork throughout house. Work was completed and I believed I was “safe” HVAC-wise for years. Unit started not turning on at season change (winter to summer and vice versa). Numerous “service calls” to repair b/c unit kept malfunctioning with same issue. Luckily, my son is now an HVAC with Payne’s. Had him bring coworker to check system. Turns out LHA, despite all the requested work, failed to replace wiring from thermostat. I highly recommend this company, not only did they reach out to me after seeing my fb post about my heat not working and how the other well known company that had come out showed no interest in helping us get heat during this winter blast! Jaime and Robert went above and beyond coming to my house ON Christmas Eve to do everything they could to restore some source of heat! I really appreciate y’all!
