The emergency room doctor that cared for my son yesterday afternoon was exceptional and went above and beyond for my son in a scary situation. Everyone that contributed to his care was outstanding. Thank you Holland Hospital!!!
Check in was easy, but they had not updated information I gave on the previous Pre-test call, the Nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr. Gootjes were great, but when I got home the prescription was never called over. I called HH back and no one seemed to understand Walgreens never got call. I ended up buying over the counter pain meds to alleviate pain from surgery.
Great hospital. I had an outpatient surgery done here and everything went great from start to finish. I had never used this hospital before, nor had I ever had a surgery, and the staff all made me feel very informed and comfortable. I would feel totally confident receiving care here again.
