We missed our appt the day before Christmas Eve. ( my hubby got sick ) therefore I was distracted and forgot. Along with bring pregnant and taking care of a 1 and 3 yr old. The office charged me $50 for not coming . I called to rectify the bill and they refused to waive the charge. Like I don't pay enough for ins. And medical bills already. They want to take $50 from me for a service they never did. Would never had gone there these past 3 years had id known that was how I would be treated. Will never go back.
