From one of the oldest tennants......You might be reeled in with the fancy name of these pricey apartments, and outward appearance, but once you walk through the doors, and experience normal wear and tear, and trying to get someone to replace repair or fix something youre better off going to The Preserve, or WestLake at Morganton. I was told by a maintanence worker that Lakeshore Grande had no maintanence workers onsite, because of there obligations elsewhere with Floyd Properties. Looks nice on the outside. Inside, our unit had carpeting that was coming apart from the wall, was pieced together like a puzzle in some spots. Maintanence was supposed to fix minor problems( holes in closet doors for example) after we moved in and were never done. Even after re-addressing twice after we moved in! Any time we called to have repairs done, we were told there wasnt anything that could be done. Dishwasher wouldnt clean even the lightest loads, complained about that, was told nothing would be done.
