I had such a positive experience at Lakeshore Family Dentistry that I felt compelled to leave a review. I originally came in for a second opinion after another dentist recommended replacing two crowns. Dr. Brune took the time to carefully examine everything, explain what he was seeing, and ultimately recommended a much more conservative approach. I went in with 2 broken teeth completely drained from pain and trying to find a place to help me. The staff members here acknowledged me and spoke to me clearly given the delirious state I was in. They seriously kept me from panicking and shutting down any further! Along with referring me to an oral surgeon the same day while giving me realistic options of how to move forward!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lance Brune. He did a great job, treated me with care and professionalism, and made sure all my needs were addressed. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit, which is not always easy when it comes to dental appointments. I truly appreciate the level of attention and service I received. My ninety year old mom was extremely anxious about having a dental exam and cleaning after several years. I flew down from Portland to accompany her, a bit worried she would "chicken out" at the last minute. The staff was kind and accommodating.
