Stopped going to this location due to my doctor leaving, was informed via mail early 2024. OVER a year later, this past Friday, I was cold called to set up an appointment, scheduled for 10/29 and was informed they accept my insurance after disclosing the name. Was cold called again today to be informed that I would owe X amount, when I asked if that was WITHOUT my insurance, the person on the line requested my employer information to confirm my insurance is valid. The staff is VERY rude, hangs up on you when you come in and admit to having a problem. I do NOT recommend this doctors office
The best office I’ve ever been to.
Would give it ZERO stars if I could. I had called in last month to cancel an appt one time too many even tho I had migraine. I had a brain & eye tumor which was surgically removed & had Cyber Knife Radiation after it grew back in mere months. However, the Lakeshore Family Care office manager, Connie, tried to send me a registered letter to kick me to the curb.Then I received a voice mail from an amanda saying I was being discharged.
