on Thurs July 8th i lost power to a portion of my house so i called Lakeshore Electric. I talk to the gentleman on the phone he said he was out to lunch and would call me back later to schedule a appointment but he never returned my call. I called him the next morning and he apologized and we set up a appointment for July 19th at 8:30 in the morning. He asked me to text my address to his phone so he would have to get directions. Just had a quote done on upgrading my electric service. Mike was extremely professional, and was very informative. The bid price was very reasonable, and I am definitely comfortable moving ahead on this project using Lakeshore Electric.. Now, If only Consumers Energy were as prompt as they are....
I would not recommend them at all. I had them help install AC and they are not very secure with your credit card information. I requested to pay by card and then didn't have their machine on them so I gave them a call later to try and give it to them. Couldn't get a hold of them to process the card. So they texted me asking me to send them the card information, I told them I would rather not do that.
