Bill and Marcy with lakeshore drive realty are of the utmost unprofessional, unethical and selfish people I have ever met in my entire life. These people hire small time contractors and wrongfully terminate contracts without notice or cause. They numbers fix bids they receive to remodel homes by leaving written contracts out in the open for other contractors to see. They sign contracts and when they find a better deal, they fire the contractor already on the project and then create lies to sue them to get they’re money back.... read more
My experience with lakeshore drive realty was horrible. I was contracted to do work on two of there properties and was treated very poorly. Bill is a numbers fixer. He uses very unethical practices, and takes advantage of small contractors to save money. He has contractors bid on projects and then shows the bids to his other employees as to get a better deal. Bill, the owner of this place made my life a living hell of a stress when I has the unfortunate luck to want to buy a house that the bank hired him to sell. He is the most rudest condescending person you'll ever deal with. He talked down on us and used derogatory comments and remarks. He's also very egocentric and unprofessional, one of our bank reps went to his office and he opened up the door in his pajamas. It took 15 people to get him to do his job and get the sale or the house done. Stay away if you can.
