There are so many things wrong with my apartment. Since the day I moved in, nothing was cleaned at all. The apartment is infested with roaches. My air conditioner, which I keep putting work orders in for, nobody ever comes to check or replace it. I've reported it like 4 times already. My kitchen floor is coming apart, which is even worse because now the roaches are crawling all over the floors at night and day. The walls in my two daughters' room are messed up. I just moved in Lakeshore last week when I put in an application Heather made it a smooth process she's very polite and respectful she answered all my questions and so on.The apartment I rented is nice very clean and up to date . Debbie was also very helpful in the process .
