Lakeshore is a quaint little corner of the world. Nice apartments, sincere staff, fun amenities, and absolutely perfect in location. The management team will work with you as much as possible; everyone from Debbie the landlord to Heather the agent is as kind as they are knowledgeable. Literally seconds from the highways, this place is perfectly situated right in the center of greater Cincinnati. I've enjoyed my 7 years here, but all good things come to an end. I am very happy I got to call this place home.
Shout-out to Heather for being amazing. However, I should've listened to the reviews. Moved in two days ago and I have killed almost 15 roaches. I don't feel comfortable sleeping here. Was told that it would be 'taken care of' on Thursday... I'll update when that happens because this seems like a bigger issue. Really sad. We were excited to live here!
Their latest I got you is replacing the washer and dryers but not refunding or transferring the money that tenants had on their cards was supposed to get a call back and of course did not just like every other issue you address. Definitely not a tenant friendly property.
