Which is roaches and more roaches. Asked to have my apartment sprayed every week until we move out still not happening. The young man explained that he only does 20 of them a week. My father and I were so excited about living here and it’s the worst decision we’ve made. I have spoke to the office and I’m still ignored. What a shame.
If I could give this unit less than one star I would. It's a scam. The leasing office and apartment models are plush and beautiful while the actual apartments lie in ruin. I have never been so disgusted in my life. My daughter was planning to live in this community, picked up keys to her apartment, and to her surprise, the home was inhabitable. Do NOT move here! People are moving out for many reasons but the main is that they have roaches and will NOT tell you about them until you find out. They just want to stay in these nice cars and steal people’s money knowing that the money could really go towards actually making this place a place to live instead of planting flowers around the place. If zero stars was an option i’d select that over one star. I’ll start by saying I think the price is somewhat okay, we pay around 1700 (not including some bills) for a three bedroom 2 bath (none of the bedrooms have a fixed light in the ceiling you’ll need to buy your own). We got the only available apt with 3 beds and 2 bath at the time but it wasn’t renovated which was made clear.
