Rebecca Hutchins, PA was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, caring, and covered all the bases with lab work, biopsy, and follow up. Wonderful bedside manner. Took the time and really listened. Lauren, her assistant was also very thorough, kind, and followed through. I highly recommend this practitioner and practice.

I drove 55 minutes to this location because they could get me in quicker than their competitors, choosing to give them the benefit of the doubt despite a wave of negative reviews. That was a massive mistake. I originally planned on coming back for at least five more procedures, but their toxic billing practices, nickel-and-diming philosophy, and shady management completely ruined any chance of that. They use a call center for all calls and I have been trying to cancel and reschedule an appointment for two days. The call center can’t do it and they transfer me to the incorrect practice over and over again and when that place calls me back they can’t help because it’s the wrong location and just provide me with the same number back to the call center.
