In my opinion Lauren seemed somewhat Bias . And does not address all concerns . I waited way too long to start treatment. Not as helpful . Would not recommend 1 out of 5 stars.
I really wanted to like this office because of how small and personal it felt. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. These people are very unprofessional and did not take my health concerns seriously. Lauren’s the best!!
Came in as a new patient and had a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist Emily was very kind and helpful. I did not have to wait very long, before being called to my room by my nurse Lauren. She was very calm, easy to talk to and made my appointment easy. Becca the PA was thorough and explained everything well.
Lauren is great! Would recommend.
