Great doctors terrible scheduling. Had an appointment for over a year, showed up and never notified me it was canceled...Will not be going back
I had a great experience at Lakeshore Dermatology, thanks to Lauren. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. She explained things clearly and took the time to listen to my concerns. That meant a lot to me. It is not always easy going to a doctor’s office, but she made the visit smooth and pleasant. I really appreciate the care she gave.
Waited a little, which is expected going to a specialty doctors office, so that was okay. Had a great appointment. Staff was kind and thorough. My medical assistant Lauren was very friendly. Will be recommending to frends and family
