Avoid this place with all your resolve. Rude. Demeaning. Didn't even do a complete exam. Can tell they are probably a lawsuit (failed diagnosis) away from being defunct. That's probably why their rating is a 2.
At first, this place didn’t seem bad. Then I realized how impossible it was to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment for my prescription. When they finally did call me back, I already ran out of my medication and out of desperation had to agree to appointments that I couldn’t be on time to. I was slightly late and they rejected me for taking my monthly pregnancy test which takes all of about 5 minutes. Sounded like they had plenty of time to chat in the back though. Very warm helpful staff and doctor.
Had a biopsy result. Called to make an appt to have it removed & got an appt for the very next day! Very nice & friendly staff. Dr VanIttersum spent much time, & seemed to be very thorough. Very much appreciated. Linda S.
