I have been going to this dentist for more than 3 years, and truly loved the place and the workers. However, this place has obviously changed a lot. I had an appointment today during a flood watch where my neighbourhood issued a warning because of the falling trees, and they wouldn’t reschedule the appointment without an additional fee. When your dentist office becomes so grimy that they don’t care about the wellbeing of their patients, that’s enough to look for another dentist.
I've been going here for two years now, and it's always a breeze. Today I got my teeth whitened by Luís and he did a wonderful job! He was thorough and diligent while administering the treatment, but he also had excellent interpersonal skills. Very kind and attentive. You don't always expect to receive compassionate care at the dentist, but l've rarely found it lacking at Lakeshore Dental Studio. Nicole at the front was a ray of sunshine, as always! Great dental practice! They were able to do my annual cleaning and some fillings the same week I called. Dr Shah is kind and knowledgeable.
