Once again I visited for some dental work and everyone was amazing! I literally want to hang out in the office and just talk to everyone because they are so nice and down to earth. My financial responsibilities were explained in FULL prior to any work so I have no surprises. Such a pleasure to have found a great place like this.
Lakeshore Dental was a wonderful place to receive Invisalign treatment! All the staff are so incredibly kind, and Dr. Hagen was energetic, friendly, thorough, and clear throughout the entire process. Much appreciation for everyone here :)
I’ve been to this location about five times for cleanings, and in the past they were thorough, careful, and took their time. I always felt like they genuinely cared about doing a good job. Unfortunately, my visit today was a completely different experience. I felt rushed from start to finish, and the cleaning felt incomplete and poorly done. Great experience at this dental office today. Everyone was very kind and professional.The dentist took his time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend this dental office To anyone looking for a dentist.
