I called because I thought my appointment was at 1130 I noticed it was actually at 11:10. I was told my the lady rude lady on the phone that she won’t reschedule it basically telling me to find a new dentist. Extremely unprofessional. Edit; I called at 11:20, Monday March 16th.
A little late on posting, I cannot thank Spencer enough for his incredible service. He went above and beyond by fitting me in for an emergency appointment over the Christmas holidays, even though they were officially closed. The level of care shown during a holiday break was truly remarkable. I am so grateful for his and his entire teams dedication to their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares!
Helped me out in a pinch, with quick and good quality service. Note: When I first typed it into Google it stated the clinic was in the Walmart parking lot across the street, but obviously it was not.
I absolutely love Lakeshore Dental , they are so nice , I'd like to Thamk Darlene for all she did for me, I am truly grateful n appreciate everything, she definitely went above n beyond 5 stars
