A 1 week roofing job took 2 months and then 1/3 of the way through they asked for more money than what was on the contract. The contract was 1/3 up front, 1/3 half way through, and 1/3 when complete. After 3 days on the job workers quilt leaving only 2 guys to do the job. The workers explained to me they hadn't been paid on previous jobs and the owner would take them from my job to do another job.
