The condo fees have gone up so high here the last few years. And this year they're also adding a special assessment in addition to the high increase. This is because there was very poor planning in the past for reserve funds that they should have planned for. I sat on a condo association board so I know what is needed and the planning for reserves here was very poor. Now the people here are suffering and I've talked to many owners here and they are planning to sell because they just can't take these fees anymore.
