I went in for a viewing today and the leasing agent whom I met was Cassandra. She was very patient with all my questions and walked me through the whole process diligently. I highly appreciate her responsiveness and flexibility during our offline communication. She is very knowledgeable about the community and I had a wonderful experience thanks to her !!
This company engages in unfair and potentially illegal rental practices. They altered the agreed-upon lease terms, attempted to impose unjustified charges, and refused to refund a deposit despite the lease never being signed,. Their lack of transparency and failure to respect tenant/possible tenant rights make them highly unreliable. Be aware dealing with INTERRENT and check every single line on your lease, if possible avoid dealing with them to prevent financial loss and legal disputes!
