We’re so frustrated with this situation of pharaoh ants,moving in so happy with our unit until we experience these ants for the last 4 months and we have only lived here 6 months now. Building has a lot of challenges with these,we’re being told to be patient that they need to find the right treatment 4x have been here and they now are in my fridge,even the freezer!!! We need to get out of this lease🙁
I spoke with Karrie from London today about a few maintenance requests I put in within the last couple months. As well as getting the intercom set up because it still hadn't been set up even after 2 phone calls to InterRent. Thankfully Karrie was so much help and helped get everything covered she was such a joy to talk to, very friendly as well. I was very happy with all the help she provided today!
Update: 11/10/2025 - So, the reply to this review is correct. A maintenance technician did arrive at my unit today, fixed the issues and will be returning Wednesday to take care of the issues I’m having with the various pests. He did show up without notice, mind you and called me while I was at work asking to be let in but I digress. I have been living here for years but recently the management could not stop cannabis usage in the property and it’s been bothering a lot. They are smoking inside the units and hallways is been all smoking bad with Cannabis in 6599 GlenErin Drive. Frustrates really in the morning and night and couldn’t sleep or live peacefully..
