3 YEARS 3 YEARS!!! THE MAN UNDER MY APARTMENT HAS BEEN SMOKING BUILDING 20! 3 YEARS I HEARD THAT THEIR "LEGAL TEAM" IS LOOKING INTO IT. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER PLEASE MOVE IN AND YOU WILL BE IN PARADISE. EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS NO SMOKING IN THE LEASE THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I AM PREGNANT NOW AND I DONT WANT TO HAVE ISSUES ARISE BECAUSE I NEED TO SLEEP WITH BLANKET OVER MY FACE AND SECOND HAND SMOKE.
