We're new to Ludington and the neighbors suggested Lakeshore when we had some problems with my '98 Durango. Just before Thanksgiving - I just had it towed into the shop and asked them to get it going and we worked out the details on the phone - they diagnosed and fixed the problem and charged a really fair price. While camping at the State Park in Ludington, the transmission went out on my 2015 Chevy Silverado. After seeing a 5-star rating for Lakeshore Automotive & Tire online, I called them and was told they could work on my truck after Labor Day. They were professional and very helpful in explaining exactly what work needed to be done, as well as keeping me updated on he progress of the work. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend this business.
