Bought a car which was safety certified from here. According to my mechanic, the vehicle had a bad bearing, ball joints, and bushings. When I reached out to this mechanic, he was not helpful at all and very aggressive. All I wanted was the vehicle to be fit for the road. He told me to report him if that's the case. Rest assured, I will be reporting. Don't trust buying a vehicle which was saftied here. They should get their license revoked to give safety.
I would give a 0/5 rating if I could. I had my mothers brakes changed at this shop for $600. 2 weeks later, the brakes started squeaking. When I brought the vehicle to another mechanic, they said the brake pads were installed backwards. I called this mechanic back and he said he will not do anything and to get it fixed with the other mechanic. Very rude and poor service. Save yourself and DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a reputable mechanic.
