If you value your physical and mental health, absolutely do NOT move here. We have been living an absolute nightmare for weeks. My body is covered in painful, burning, and intensely itchy bed bug bites, causing severe sleep deprivation and making our own apartment completely uninhabitable. Bed Bug Issue I would not recommend moving here due to ongoing pest issues and poor management response. We discovered bed bugs in our apartment and reported the issue to management immediately. Management attempted to place all costs on us, stating that this was not a building-wide issue. However, we later learned that the apartment directly above ours also has bed bugs. We did not have a great experience during our lease. Our apartment flooded at one point and there was also a problem with cockroaches when I was there for the majority of the time. The proximity to BART was great but the lake/park was dirty. There was a fly problem in the lobby area by the mailboxes. Laundry room was always dirty and multiple machines had issues. The pool had limited open hours and parking issues repeatedly came up even though you are assigned a spot. The property manager said they only enforce parking issue... read more
