They decided to replace the water heater in the apartment and while they where doing it they damaged the carpet the wall on the stairs and then they just put caulk on it and not fix it and then after I left the apartment they tell me that they never did any repairs like I would just went out of my way to purchase 2,000-3,000 heater and pay for installation my self and then just leave the apartment like I have money like that after that they decided to charge me for the damages and current property management even told me her... read more
This place is terrible they want your money and don’t communicate anything until it’s too late. Nobody on management is probably qualified nothing works looks nice until you stay do not lose your sanity at this place🤞🏽
Absolutely horrible experience with management at Lakeshore Apartment Homes. We were dealing with a serious medical condition that may require surgery, and instead of showing even basic human understanding or compassion, they only cared about charging fees and enforcing penalties. We tried to explain the situation respectfully and hoped they would work with us or offer some flexibility, but they refused to cooperate.
