Had surgery at North Ottawa and couldn't be happier with the job that my doctor did. However, after arriving home from surgery, I realized one of my bottom front teeth was broken off. I talked with my Doctor and he said its a common thing to happen during intubation and to just call the hospital and they will direct me to the anesthesia office to file a claim.
