NEVER received a bill then they call asking for payment, when I asked for them to call back they sent it to collections. Absolutely the worst customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. Their services are pointless and do not work. If you have a choice to use a different anesthesiologist I highly recommend it. Their billing department doesn’t have any problem holding a bill for 2 1/2 Years, sending it to collections, then sending it to you demanding payment. Poor business ethic.
Primary reason for 2 stars- cost. This goes back 10 years ago. I had requested local anesthesia and the ortho surgeon said that would be okay, but Dr. N. Segal administered what was apparently general anesthesia. Not my desire. Other than that, all was expected for the less than 1 hour total procedure time. The $1,530 bill from Lakeshore Anesthesia arrived about a month later.
