Do something about the parking situation. I don't care if it's enforcing resident spots and making a visitor parking lot. I should not be coming home and having to move literal garbage to park my car at MY HOME. I do not pay to move trash. What the hell.
We’ve only lived here a couple months now, but things are going really well! The apartment itself and the amenities are top tier. It’s safe and everyone is really friendly. Love having access to a gym on site. Would recommend this complex to anyone :)
I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that it deserves a warning to others. We scheduled a tour of this apartment, only to have the leasing office cancel our first appointment at the last minute. Inconvenient, but things happen so we gave them another chance. Big mistake. For the second appointment, we rearranged our schedules and showed up on time… only for them to completely flake again. No call, no email, no apology—nothing. The quality of these apartments is not what you expect. While they look nice. I pay extra to listen to neighbors stomp around and play music. They dont manage the parking in anyway. We have people that park from other apartments. Run into issues where i cant even park where i live as well as people damaging my car and there is one persone with 8 motorcycles and 3 cars. Who works on all of these vehicles cause non of them run and leaves a mess all over the parking lot. The landlord does nothing about it.
I have lived here for nearly 4 years. This place was so amazing when Bill and Marjean ran things, they actively cared and were easy to get a hold of when we needed to. You could even find Bill walking around picking up litter any day of the week. They really cared! Unfortunately they both retired in 2020, and now the place is run by Hubble-or Indigo- but it's the same hubble staff according to the emails.
