I have been a patient of Dr. Abola's for the past 7 years, or so. I think the previous reviewer described her medical care perfectly with the word "ineffective". Dr. Abola is a very sweet person, and great with the easy stuff, but she's failed me time and time again when I've come in with real problems. She has a somewhat timid, wishy-washy demeanor, and sometimes I've felt like I'm being forced to diagnose my own problems. Staff seems very unorganized and not qualified. Runs the office as if in stone age. Dr. Magat request and perform unnecessary procedures and exams to bill more insurance. Her and staff consciously neglected an emergency situation in fear of "getting fined". There is an obvious disconnect between what is best for patient and making money. She needs to RETIRE!

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
