Mario has been super fair and honest with us in the multiple transactions we have had with him and this shop. We had a difficult transmission issue and the Dodge Dealer in town could not fix so they said we needed a brand new transmission. He not only fixed the issue that this dealer could not fix but saved us thousands of dollars.
Ok so here is how it started with this place. I called to schedule a appointment for a free oil change (birthday gift certificate). Someone answered and hung up. Then drove there waited inside for 5 mins, which was fine. Then guy comes out and says next Tuesday he can get me in, but my gift certificate wouldn’t be valid, because It’s goes into the next month!! Why mail out something if you can’t back it up?
