Should we start with Jeff or Jacob…. They don’t even know it’s an auction house!!!! All are tragic!!! Like real bad. Like terrible humans. They love the name of Sothebys but they can’t live it from customer service standpoint. They are Kris Lindahl! Jeff his MP3 wanna me ways. Lord
