Great Social Workers that help you out and get you the resources and skills you need to succeed and feel supported. The Psychiatrists, Nurses and Front Desk Assistants are all helpful and friendly.
Appointments got pushed back MULTIPLE TIMES and TERRIBLE communication on follow up appointments . You would probably get more help from a rock than an actual mental health facility. -10/10
The Dr is nice but they do not call back and communicate well at all. I've been waiting over a month for a call back to start skills training classes. Also when ur going through an emergency they do not call back in a timely manner. I don't feel like they take me seriously. I had to go to the hospital with mental issues I called first thing that morning there closed now never did get a callback. There is no kind of communication here. My appointment has been messed up since I started here. Alot of confusion and disorganized.... read more
