RecommendedI've never had a negative experience, all staff are always very kind, professional, and take the time to really listen. Dr. Mueting is my family physician, I feel blessed to have found him. He genuinely cares about his patients.
The ER nurses are rude and unprofessional. I understand that there is a pandemic going on but that’s when they should be acting more professional and calm. I mean, these patients are there for a reason, you think they want to be there? We got yelled at for going to front of building and waiting for a nurse to come out with w/c, like we were told too, because patient couldn’t walk. The staff are so kind and very helpful. No question is a stupid question with them and they make you feel at home. The OB nurses are so helpful and sweet. It’s a great atmosphere and very home like.
I was there last night, 6/26/19. We are from out of town and on vacation. It was a quick check in and the ER staff was very friendly and caring. We were out of the ER within 2 hours.
My experience with this hospital has been nothing less than perfect. Absolutely everyone I have dealt with have been outstanding! As far as I’m concerned a 5 is not a good enough rating....should be closer to a 10!
The X-ray tech I had was amazing! He explained everything that was happening along the way. He was a super nice guy!
Dr. Meuting, his nurses and the OB staff where amazing to me my whole pregnancy. I had a very troubled pregnancy leading in a still birth at 29 weeks, and they all made sure i was taken care of and had all the resources i needed. almost 6 weeks PP and they still go out of their way for me and my family. I feel very blessed and grateful to have had my angel at LRH. Will definitely be coming back for my future pregnancy’s.
I had the BEST experience having my baby here! We were the only ones on the OB floor having a baby, so we had the whole floor to ourselves. Dr. Mike Kalkhoff and nurses Diane and Tonya were amazing!! Diane was in the room with me during my whole birthing experience and the nights to follow. She was SO motherly and calm, I can only hope to have her in the room with any future babies!
