Trimmed out some trees for us 2 years ago. Highly recommend them. Clean up was great. Would use them again
I had a very old and large maple tree that was mostly dead, but holding on with some life. I loved the tree, but it was becoming dangerous thanks to a sweet woodpecker. Chris was very informative and helpful. His prices were very reasonable. He did exactly what I wanted and left the majority of the enormous trunk. Not worth what they charge Good at making big pieces of wood into smaller pieces, not good at clean up, paperwork, or customer service. First, the positive--they were prompt and polite and got the tree off my roof. They sawed the wood into manageable lengths and piled the brush in the places I asked them to so the snow could be plowed. Now the negative--they did not rope the part of the tree which was on my roof before they freed it from the rest of the tree and it rolled off the edge of the roof, crushing the rail and smash... read more
They were very enthusiastic about taking the tree down. However they failed to follow up with the clean up. They left a pile of brush at the back of my property. They also were going to cut my tree up into fire place size pieces. They did not do this.
