He is very helpful
Bought a pair of earrings under 4 months ago and have only worn them a few times. The post broke off one and the guy behind the counter said he wasn’t the one wearing them. Terrible customer service skills, don’t trust them to fix it because it’ll probably just break again. Brought them over to Windham Jewelers (probably where I should’ve started) and they were more than happy to help.
Great jewelry store! Awesome investment, estate, wedding rings, coins etc. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable. Something for everyone, definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
Owner is knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Took the time to explain things to me to make sure I understood the differences between items I was looking at. Seemed to have genuine care and wanted to help me as best as he could. Would t hesitate to go there again.
