Such lovely people at this practice, so friendly and helpful. Lisa was especially wonderful, very gentle, kind and informative
Maddie was so sweet and put me at ease. She tried to be as gentle as she could with a breast scan & she was also quick, but thorough doing the mammogram. Lisa was friendly and explained so much about breast cancer while doing the ultrasound. She talked about awareness and how important checking and being vigilant with checking our breasts should be. She was so knowledgeable. Such great staff and I will come back as I hardly had any wait time and they made me feel important and heard.
I am beyond frustrated with the level of service I received. Multiple appointments were cancelled with no notice, causing unnecessary stress and delays in an already complicated pregnancy care. Each time we tried to reschedule, it felt like we were starting from scratch, with no regard for the urgency of the situation or the inconvenience caused. What is even more unacceptable is that results were not sent to the referring doctor as promised. We had to repeatedly chase them up ourselves, making countless calls just to get ba... read more
