Staff were professional, helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure my 93 year old Mum was comfortable for her ultrasound and X-ray.
My results for my fractured wrist were lost, after an experience with an unprofessional service provider with an unpleasant attitude.
Rang them back straight after missing their call and have been on the phone waiting over 55mins,I know their busy but I've been in prostition 1 for 25mins not sure if to hang up. I spent 25mins on phone the other day and ended up driving in on hold to be told my appointment was cancelled due to sickness. It happens but they need to rethink their phones. Always happy with the service and the lovely staff .
Lovely caring staff
I called just before closing time and, after waiting on hold, was hung up on twice. If calls aren’t accepted close to 5 p.m., it would be more honest to list your business hours as 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. rather than 5 p.m. It’s disappointing to experience this level of service.
