SCAM ARTIST! We applied for a apartment paid 50 app fee then Yasheka the leasing demanded the 250.00 deposit in rder to "complete" the application process we were then told after giving them the money order that not only were we denied but we were liars and frauds now my family is homeless and we are having to file a civil suit to ty and get our deposit back stay away at all cost!
be prepared – These apts are full of Thugs the police are here on calls 4-5 days a week in the summer and less in the winter Its gotten so bad here that the police have to cruise the complex in unmarked cars as well as cruisers several times a day but even this has not curved this riffraff riddled apt complex from their frequent acts of unacceptable behavior. Be Careful – These apartments are nice for lower income families. Things seemed to be o.k. when I moved in with my child. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Turned in all my paperwork, including my move in condition form. The manager told me that she would put it in my file. I asked for a copy of my move in condition form and was told that the copier was broken, but they would get me a copy the next day. Got busy getting settled in and totally forget to get my copy.
