The management team is extremely helpful , experienced and excellent! If there is any issues, the maintenance work is done quickly,and even on the weekends ! I love the place with all its amenities and the best thing it’s safe . I totally recommend it and more ! Thank you the lakes of Schaumburg management and staff for going all out to make it a home for us . We appreciate you and more!
I live here about 5 months. Very poor insulation. Noise from neighbors is heard in the apartment. Terrible service. Our problem with leakage has not been solved for 2 months! The repairmen are not responsible, they don't come on time, they don't fulfill their duties. This is my worst rental experience.
This is my first place renting, and I'm happy with the support and communication the Management team provides. Would rent again
