My experience touring this property was very disappointing. The grounds and facilities are unkept and clearly not well-maintained. The residents I interacted with were not welcoming. The only positive part of the visit was McKayla because she was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She took time to answer my questions, and followed up with me before and after my visit. The agent who fixed my air conditioning was exemplary! I thanked him several times and asked if he wanted water, he said no. I wish I thought to ask his name but he did an excellent job. He fixed the issue quickly and I am very satisfied! I called the office to let them know how much I appreciated him.
