I've lived in Lakes of Laguna for about 8 years. I find that they always take excellent care of the area... one of my favorite parts is how multicultural my neighbors are. People from every aspect of life that all have one thing in common. We want nice homes in a nice, safe, and quiet community... beyond all that... they have amazing events every quarter or so that are paid for by the HOA... that usually include free entertainment and food... we go to every single event and my kids always have a blast.
